I am offering a brand-new mindfulness group for girls ages 14-22 (high school + college-aged) on Monday evenings 6:30-7:30pm in Westlake Village, CA. We will focus on the basics of mindfulness, learn how to better live in the present moment, practice effective breathing techniques, and have some fun! Mindfulness exercises will be practiced to help you reduce stress, improve sleep, and increase joy. Sessions are $20/person.
